We are currently hiring for a Case Manager to join our Fairfield location. The Case Manager is responsible for providing direct client services that address individual client needs including linkage to resources, development of activities of daily living skills, advocacy, and support towards personal recovery goals. This position has the potential to utilize flex hours to best serve the needs of our clients.
8:00am - 4:30pm
Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or college degree and a minimum of one year of experience in behavioral health. An active Ohio driver's license is required for this role.
