Our LPN provides prescribed medical treatment under the general supervision of a registered nurse.

Requirements
Current Licensed Practical Nurse credentials and license in the State of Wisconsin. Active CPR Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics. Knowledge and/or experience with state and federal regulations.
