The Stepdown Unit RN will be caring for three patients in an environment that is positive and team oriented along with a culture of nurturing growth. Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing program and hold an active Missouri RN license. BLS certification is required within 90 days, and ACLS certification must be obtained within one year of hire.
