Responsibilities

As a PRN staff physician at Concentra you are a valued part of a dedicated team of clinicians committed to exceptional patient care. Qualifications

Credentialing Requirements:

  • Board Certified in Occupational Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Physiatry related from ABMS or AOA
  • Current unrestricted medical license in state of jurisdiction
  • Unrestricted DEA license for state of jurisdiction
  • DOT/FMCSA certification – active or willing to get during credentialing
  • Must be eligible to participate in Medicare
  • Medical degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from accredited institution Job-Related Skills/Competencies:
  • Concentra Core Competencies of Service Mentality, Attention to Detail, Sense of Urgency, Initiative and Flexibility
  • Ability to make decisions or solve problems by using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives, and propose quality solutions
  • The ability to properly handle sensitive and confidential information (including HIPAA and PHI) in accordance with federal and state laws and company policies
  • Agrees, supports, and commits to Concentra's core practice standards and Policies and Procedures Additional Data
  • W2 status with malpractice insurance coverage - 401(k) Retirement Plan with Employer Match (after 1,000 hours worked)

Requirements

Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree and possess an unrestricted medical license and DEA license in the state of jurisdiction. Board certification in a relevant specialty such as Occupational, Emergency, Family, or Internal Medicine is required.
