Duties & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive emergency medical care at a Level I Trauma Center with 36,000 annual visits. Supervise and collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers (Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants). Manage acute trauma, medical, surgical, and pediatric emergencies in the ED and Niswonger Children's Hospital. Participate in cross-credentialing and shared privileges across Johnson City Medical Center, Observation unit, and Children's Hospital. Maintain compliance with all hospital credentialing and privileging requirements, including immunizations, case logs, and CME.
