Full-Time/ Part-Time We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered pediatric primary care and building lasting relationships with children and their families. Advocare, LLC is a physician-owned partnership of leading pediatricians, family practitioners, and specialists in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. As a Nurse Practitioner, you’ll be an integral member of a forward-thinking clinical team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and service in a dynamic healthcare environment. Nurse Practitioner Essential Functions:
Provide comprehensive primary care to pediatric patients from infancy through adolescence Perform well-child visits, physical examinations, and developmental assessments Diagnose and treat common pediatric illnesses and conditions Provide preventive care, health education, and anticipatory guidance Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic tests and laboratory studies Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans Educate parents and caregivers regarding their child's health and wellness Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient care
Current Nurse Practitioner license in good standing Pediatric Nurse Practitioner certification (PNP) Current national board certification Prior pediatric primary care experience prefferred Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, professional, and family-focused approach Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative healthcare team What We’re Looking For We are looking for an NP who is experienced, dependable, caring, and passionate about working with children and families.
