The Clinical Pharmacist – SRT enhances the reputation of AHF by improving the outcomes of AHF patients, enhancing current AHF services, expanding opportunities for professional growth and satisfaction, and assisting with ongoing development of the AHF Healthcare System.

The Clinical Pharmacist – SRT will work as a part of a close-knit team to provide individualized health promotion and disease prevention, including the administration of immunization, Diabetes and Smoking Cessation programs, as well as other subject matter expertise (SME) programs developed by AHF, with appropriate collaborative drug therapy management authority. Includes prescriptive authority where this is legally & organizationally authorized, such as PrEP and PEP therapies.
