Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Exercise Physiologist, you will provide direct, safe, and best-practice driven care primarily in cardiac/pulmonary rehabilitation, collaborating extensively with a multi-disciplinary team, cardiologists, and various hospital staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Every day you will establish and update individualized exercise prescriptions, orient patients to equipment and safety protocols, and conduct functional fitness testing and body composition analysis.

You will be expected to provide essential patient and family education, supervise and monitor exercise sessions, meticulously document and maintain current clinical data and program records, adjusting treatment plans as appropriate.To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate a deep understanding of patient needs, consistently working collaboratively in a diverse and multicultural environment.
