The Lab Assistant I is responsible for receiving, preparing, and delivering laboratory specimens while maintaining accurate patient data in the LIMS system. They also assist with inventory organization, equipment cleaning, and ensuring all laboratory workflows are completed in a timely manner.

The role of a Laboratory Assistant I has the ability to receive specimens with an ability to exercise independent judgement in the performance of assigned laboratory tasks. This role ensures all workflow stations within the laboratory are given specimens in a timely manner, with turnaround time in consideration. Temp to hire position.
4x10 Shifts - Hourly rate starts at $21
Days: Wed-Sat or Thu-Sun or Sun-Wed
2nd Shift: 3pm-1:30am (Hourly rate is $21+10% Shift Differential)
9pm - 730am (Hourly rate is $21+15% Shift Differential)
The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location.
