Description Telehealth Outpatient Therapist (Remote – Virginia) Contract Position | 100% Telehealth | Evening & Weekend Availability Required Compensation $35–$40 per hour – License-Eligible (Residents / Supervisees) $40–$50 per hour – Fully Licensed (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LSATP) Minimum Caseload Requirement: 15 active clients Position Overview Behavioral Health Services of Virginia is seeking motivated and reliable therapists to provide outpatient telehealth services to children, adolescents, and adults across Virginia. We are specifically looking for clinicians who are available to work evenings and/or weekends, as these are high-demand service times for our clients. This fully remote role offers consistent referrals, clinical support, and flexibility—while allowing you to make a meaningful impact from home. Key Responsibilities Provide individual and/or family therapy via secure telehealth platforms Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans Complete timely and accurate documentation within the EHR Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards Collaborate with supervisors and care teams as needed Maintain a minimum active caseload of 15 clients Offer availability during evening and/or weekend hours
