Physical Therapist (PT)

5x 8 hour shifts (8:30AM to 4:30PM) - Rotating Weekends Great Healthcare benefits, and education reimbursement of $5,250 annually Additional compensation for visits over your caseload
Review patient charts and medical history Develop a personalized treatment plan Teach therapeutic exercises and stretches to improve patient’s conditions Use hands-on therapy to promote healing Maintain patient records by keeping track of goals and progress while adapting treatment plans accordingly Work closely with a supportive patient care team including physicians, nursing, social services, pastoral care, home health aides and others for your assigned caseload. Provide patient and family education for health promotion as directed by physician’s plan of treatment. Provide care to the most upmost standard
New York State PT license Minimum of one year of recent hands on experience as a Physical Therapist. Valid New York State Driver’s License and reliable transportation
Usd $95,000.00 - Usd $120,000.00 /Yr.
This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. Candidates must hold a valid New York State Physical Therapist license and possess at least one year of recent hands-on experience. A valid New York State Driver’s License and reliable transportation are also required.
