The Practice Redlands Community Hospital – Redlands, California Level III Trauma Center. 21-bed Emergency Department. An average of 3 patients per hour and an 18%25 admit rate. Vituity scribe support available. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown. Requirements

Candidates must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Emergency Medicine. Previous experience in an Emergency Department is preferred, and a current California state medical license is considered a plus.
