As an LPN, you'll work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction. Position Highlights *Collect, report, and document patient data, observe and report changes in condition to the RN. *Contribute to individualized patient care plans, including establishing goals and developing interventions. *Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians. *Communicate pertinent patient data to the RN and/or physician. *Monitor and supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff, ensuring job duties are performed according to policies and procedures. *Utilize Point Click Care (PCC) for documentation and maintain accurate drug counts.
