Spring Oak Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dependable Med Tech / Registered Medication Aide (RMA) to join our Assisted Living team. This overnight position is ideal for an experienced medication aide who enjoys working with seniors and providing both medication administration and direct resident care. \n
Safely administer medications in accordance with state regulations and community policies. Provide resident care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed. Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition. Follow individualized care plans, medication records, and medication protocols. Maintain accurate medication documentation. Promote resident dignity, comfort, safety, and independence. Work closely with caregivers, nursing staff, and other members of the senior living care team.
Current and valid Registered Medication Aide (RMA) certification. Previous experience as a Med Tech, Medication Aide, RMA, caregiver, or direct care staff in assisted living, senior living, or a similar healthcare setting preferred. Compassionate and patient approach to working with older adults. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Dependable, professional, and committed to quality resident care. Ability to work the 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. overnight shift, including every other weekend.
