The Radiologic Technologist (X-ray Tech) is responsible for all departmental functions aligned with the mission, vision, and goals of PM Pediatrics. The Radiologic Technologist role is an opportunity for an x-ray tech to apply their skills in a pediatric urgent care setting and assist with primary patient care based on individual patient needs within their scope of practice under the physician’s direct supervision. This position maintains effective working relationships with all customers, including patients/families, physicians, employees, volunteers, and vendors.
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited Radiologic Technologist program and possess knowledge of medical terminology and digital imaging. The role requires the ability to work in multiple office locations and maintain professional standards in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Graduated from Radiologic Technologist program Knowledge of medical practice and terminology, clinic’s processes, and procedures Ability to use sound reasoning and judgment and act calmly in emergencies Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and nonverbally Knowledge of digital imaging Knowledge of electronic health records (eCW preferred) Compensation: $40 - $45/hour The salary/rate range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary/rate for this role.
