$52.50 - $77.18 A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education. Acts as liaison between allied health professionals and registered nurses in providing accurate and rational drug therapy to patients upon receipt of an allied health professional's order. Reviews order for dosing accuracy, drug selection, drug interactions, allergies, and appropriateness. Serves as a medical team consultant by participating in multidisciplinary rounds, committees, and workgroups. Provides drug information to allied health professionals, nurses, patients, and the general public.
Monday through Friday evening clinical pharmacist focused on clinical consults, reports, and code response.

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited pharmacy program and eligible for licensure in the state of Illinois. Residency experience and board certification are preferred.
