Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
We are looking for compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our healthcare staffing team on a per diem/PRN basis. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and the ability to select shifts that work best for your availability.
Provide quality nursing care to patients/residents according to their individual care plans.
Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and changes in health status.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered and within the scope of practice.
Assist with activities of daily living and provide compassionate patient care.
Communicate patient updates and concerns to the RN, physician, and healthcare team.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Follow facility policies, procedures, and infection-control standards.
Promote patient safety, comfort, dignity, and privacy at all times.
Work collaboratively with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
Active LPN/LVN license in the applicable state.
Current BLS/CPR certification.
Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, hospital, or healthcare experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a healthcare team.
Must meet all facility and MSP onboarding requirements.
Ability to pass required background and employment checks.
