The Echo Technologist performs Transthoracic Echocardiographic examinations and determines the appropriate imaging modalities. They are also responsible for calculating Echocardiography and Doppler data obtained during patient examinations.

Job Details

The Echo Technologist will be working in the Cardiac Imaging department.

Responsibilities

Performs Transthoracic Echocardiographic examinations and make determinations as to which modalities
Calculates Echocardiography/Doppler data obtained from examinations

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited ultrasound program
RDCS certification required
Hospital experience preferred
Availability for on-call required
BLS
