Work Hours: Monday-Friday, Day Shift and rotating Saturdays
$36 - $47+ commensurate with experience
Current ARRT in Mammography certification or eligible to take advanced level exam with documentation of clinical experience.
Completion of a two-year approved School of Radiologic Technology
Continuing
Education: MQSA/FDA- 15 CEU’s every 3 years, 200-documented case numbers every 2 years.
Experience with diagnostic procedures such as ultrasound core and stereotactic biopsies is preferred.
Prepares for and assists the Radiologist in the completion of intricate mammography examinations, including breast biopsies.
Produce high-quality films for the radiologist to evaluate.
Effectively communicate to patients the procedures and educate women about the role of regular mammography in preventative breast health.
Maintain patient-first focus at all times and exhibit outstanding customer service skills.
Ability to effectively communicate on an individual and small group basis to doctors, patients, and other employees.
Consistently practice excellent mammography positioning and exposure technique.
Complete appropriate documentation.
Perform quality control functions related to mammography.
Assist in the compilation and maintenance of statistical data.
Promote privacy and comfort for the patient.
*Sign-On Bonus is applicable to current qualified Mammography Technologists (ARRT (M)). Amount offered may vary in an amount of up to $10,000 depending upon experience level and qualifications.

Candidates must hold a current ARRT in Mammography certification or be eligible to take the advanced exam. Completion of a two-year approved School of Radiologic Technology is required, along with adherence to MQSA/FDA continuing education standards.
