Job Description What You'll Do: Partner with DVMs during appointments, treatment plans, surgery, dentistry, and urgent care cases. Use your LVT skills in patient assessment, anesthesia monitoring, radiology, laboratory work, pharmacy support, and client education. Help pets feel safe through low-stress handling and compassionate communication. Support diagnostics and treatment with accuracy, curiosity, and attention to detail. Build trusted relationships with clients from puppy and kitten visits through senior care. Mentor assistants and newer vet tech team members as you grow. Contribute ideas that improve workflow, patient care, and team experience.
We're Looking For: A Licensed Veterinary Technician or license eligible tech who loves hands-on medicine. All levels of experience are encouraged to apply! If you do not hold an active NY LVT license, you must be eligible for taking the VTNE as well as take and pass it within 3 months of hire. Someone who values teamwork, communication, and a calm, supportive hospital culture. A vet tech who enjoys dentistry, surgery, diagnostics, preventive care, and client connection. Availability to work some Saturday morning shifts. A learner who welcomes mentorship and wants long-term career growth. A leader at heart who can guide teammates with patience and positivity.
