Opportunity Overview
- We have an immediate opening for a Per Diem Weekend OR/PACU RN to join our team at IVF Florida in Margate, Florida.
- Schedule: On call/as needed weekends (with a start time of 7:00 AM), and rotating holidays (one major and one minor holiday).
This role provides the opportunity to grow within a nationally respected organization while remaining closely connected to the patients and teams you support every day.

In this role, the Per Diem Weekend OR/PACU RN will
- Utilize advanced assessment skills to identify patient care problems
- Perform initial preoperative assessment, develop a plan of care, and explain the subsequent phases of surgery
- Provide comfort measures and psychological support to the patient and family members
- Demonstrate proficiency in caring for patients who have received various types of anesthesia or conscious sedation
- Administer medications by direct intravenous and other routes as directed
- Provide patient education
What You’ll Bring

Qualifications
and Skills Include:
- Active RN license
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- 2-3 years of clinical experience in Operating/Procedure Room or PACU experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with IV's required
- Strong technical and clinical assessment skills
- Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment
- Ability to communicate accurately and concisely
