Hillcrest Health & Living is looking for a compassionate and dependable Nurse Tech (CNA) to join our full-time night-shift nursing team at Hillcrest Firethorn in Lincoln. As a Nurse Tech, you’ll be one of the people our guests and residents rely on most. From helping someone get comfortable for the night to responding when they need assistance or recognizing an important change in their condition, the care you provide matters.

What You’ll Do As a Nurse Tech (CNA), you’ll work alongside nurses, Med Techs, and other team members to provide personalized care throughout the night. What We’re Looking For Great Nurse Techs do more than complete a list of tasks. They notice the little things, recognize when something has changed, and understand how much kindness and dignity matter when caring for another person. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, compassionate, and comfortable working as part of a team while providing hands-on care to aging adults. Education & Credentials Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Nebraska required. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Basic Life Support/CPR certification required or willingness to obtain within the required timeframe. Previous experience providing personal care to aging adults preferred. Why Hillcrest Firethorn?
