Sign-On Bonus: $4,000Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
What You’ll Do Lead 3–4 one-hour, evidence-based group therapy sessions each day. Facilitate meaningful discussions and adapt approved modalities to meet members where they are. Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches to support whole-person care. Monitor member progress and document outcomes. Create a welcoming, harm-reduction-focused environment where members feel respected and supported. Engage with the local community to promote access to compassionate addiction treatment.
An active license: LISW/LCSW, LPCC or LMFT Minimum two years’ leading groups in a SUD setting. High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc. Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success. Other preferred backgrounds, experience, and skills include: mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, medication assisted treatment or MAT. #ZR
Requires an active professional license such as LISW, LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT. Candidates must have at least two years of experience leading groups in a substance use disorder setting and possess strong technical proficiency.
