Job Summary The Caregiver is a member of the home care team who works under the supervision of the Care Coordinator and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the client’s needs.
Assistance with personal care and hygiene Meal Preparation Light Housekeeping Accompany clients on outings Shopping and errands Medication Assist/ Reminders Ambulation and transporting of clients Provide companionship to clients Ability to follow care-plan Documentation/Charting
Have Certified Care Aide Certificate or equivalent (preferable). If you don't have this, we can help you with it.
