We’re looking for a PT who: Is a licensed Physical Therapist in Illinois or eligible for Illinois licensure Has a genuine interest in working with older adults Believes therapy should be functional, purposeful, and outcomes-driven Builds relationships naturally with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams Is comfortable working across varying levels of cognitive and physical ability Thinks beyond the impairment and asks, “What does this person actually want to be able to do?” Is confident clinically but humble enough to keep learning Communicates exceptionally well Takes ownership of their community and their clinical outcomes Wants to be part of something bigger than simply completing a schedule Senior living experience is valuable, but it is not required.
