As a CNA, you’ll help older adults remain safe, comfortable, independent, and engaged in the comfort of their own homes. Many of our clients live with dementia and other age-related conditions, making your compassion, patience, and reliability especially important.

Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Assist with safe transfers and mobility Prepare meals and provide assistance with light housekeeping and errands Provide medication reminders according to the client's care plan Observe and report changes in a client's condition or behavior Maintain accurate care notes and communicate important updates to the care team Follow individualized care plans while promoting each client's dignity, independence, and safety What We're Looking For
Active CNA license Previous caregiving or senior care experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent 20 years of age or older Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical caregiving duties Ability to follow care plans and work independently while communicating effectively with the care team Fluent English communication skills Compassionate, dependable, patient, and professional Ability to successfully pass a background check Smartphone required for use of the WellSky app for timekeeping and care documentation About Executive Home Care
