We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate EFDA to join our team.
Our practice is committed to delivering exceptional patient care in an environment where both patients and team members are treated with respect, trust, and genuine support.
Delivers clinically excellent dental care through education and quality treatment. Assists dentists and hygienists in quality diagnosis through X-rays, verbal communication, and other dental tests as directed. Prepares treatment room for patients by following prescribed procedures and protocols. Provides instrumentation by sterilizing and delivering instruments to the treatment area; positioning instruments for the dentist's access; suctioning; and passing instruments. Places and finishes permanent restorations, completes preliminary Impressions, makes and polishes temporary crowns, removal temporary crowns, and fitting of permanent crowns and bridges, adjusting occlusions and interproximal areas, application of sealants, and adjusting partials and dentures.
Candidates must hold a certification as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) and possess current CPR/BLS certification. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
