We are seeking an organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to provide clerical and administrative support ton our Lebanon Pines campus— playing an essential role in keeping daily operations running smoothly and ensuring clients and staff are well supported.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be a key point of contact and support for clients, staff, and providers at your assigned facility — handling a wide range of clerical, scheduling, and coordination tasks that keep the program running efficiently and clients connected to the care they need.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED and one to three years of related experience. A valid driver's license and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are required to perform the duties of the role.
