Looking for a meaningful short-term opportunity where you can make a lasting impact? Cole Pediatric Therapy is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide temporary maternity leave coverage for approximately 12 weeks. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative pediatric therapy team, build relationships with families, and make a difference in the lives of children.
While this is a temporary assignment, there may be opportunities to be considered for future openings based on business needs and performance.

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS • Temporary maternity leave coverage • Start Date

- Duration: Approximately 12–13 weeks
Options for compensation
- 1099 contractor – ccc-Slp
- $30 per 30-minute therapy session ($60/hour)
- $80 per evaluation
- 1099 contractor – slpa
- $17 per 30-minute therapy session ($34/hour)
W2 pay-Per-Visit – ccc-Slp
- (Rate based on years of experience and/or bilingual status)
- $28–$38 per 30-minute therapy session ($56–$76/hour)
- $80 per evaluation
W2 pay-Per-Visit – slpa
- (Rate based on years of experience and/or bilingual status)
- $15–$23 per 30-minute therapy session ($30–$46/hour)
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of pediatric experience required
- Active Texas State license in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) or Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
- Passion for serving children and supporting families
