About the program: REST Center
The REST Center is a 24/7 community-based crisis stabilization program that provides a safe and supportive alternative to hospitalization for individuals experiencing mental health and/or substance use-related crises. The center offers short-term assessment, stabilization, nursing support, brief therapeutic interventions, peer support, medication evaluation, and connection to ongoing community services. Our multidisciplinary team works collaboratively to provide person-centered, trauma-informed, and recovery-focused care. The goal is to help individuals stabilize, avoid unnecessary emergency department visits or hospitalizations, and successfully transition to the most appropriate level of care.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree or higher in a related field and possess a valid driver's license. Required licensure includes LMSW, LPC-A, or LMFT-A, with preference given to those with LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist credentials.
Master’s Degree or higher in related field.
Experience working with trauma, mental illness and/or serious emotional disorders and/or substance use disorders preferred.
LMSW, LPC-A, LMFT-A required. LCSW, LMFT, LPC, Licensed Psychologist preferred. LADC or Master’s Degree in related mental health field eligible for LADC. may be substituted for LCSW, LMFT, LPC or Licensed Psychologist in some programs. Other training may be required based on program. Valid Driver’s License for programs where transportation is required

$61,252.26/yr minimum- $91,877.14/yr maximum*
*Actual rates within this range are determined at the time of offer and are based on relevant experience, as well as adherence to our internal equity policy. (Please note, for part-time positions this range would be pro-rated based on hours worked)
