Overview This non-exempt onsite role is located at The Retina Care Center, York, PA office, which is part of Prism Vision Group. There will be occasional travel to other locations based upon business needs. Compensation Range: $18.00-$34.68/hr (Dependent on Experience) The Ophthalmic Assistant conducts measurements and tests that provide the Physician with the information needed to arrive at a diagnosis and to prescribe treatment. The incumbent is responsible for appropriate documentation in compliance with standards and provides excellent patient services.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, with a bachelor's degree preferred. The role requires 0-2 years of prior ophthalmic assistant experience and proficiency in ophthalmic testing procedures.
