Market context

Tennessee lab roles value phlebotomy experience

In Tennessee, senior lab assistant roles are typically competitive because employers look for candidates who can support specimen collection, lab workflow, and accurate documentation with minimal supervision. This role stands out for applicants with basic computer skills, medical terminology, and phlebotomy experience, while NCA, ASCP, or similar certification can strengthen an application. Job requirements and benefits on this platform are AI-summarized from the original job description, saving candidates research time; review the posting closely and highlight hands-on lab and phlebotomy experience in your application.
