They are also responsible for maintaining accurate documentation in the electronic health system and transporting clients to appointments.

Position Details

Flexible Part Time Hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9am-5pm Location: High Point, NC Compensation: 18.00/hour

Your Role in Our Mission
You will provide care in the home of the individual and the community they live in
Assist with everyday tasks such as housekeeping, meal preparation, cooking, and cleaning; personal care such as bathing and dressing, toiletry and changing diapers; as well as employment support
You may transport the client to appointments and run errands
Help plan and organize their schedule
Daily documentation and reporting in the electronic health system of record

What We’re Looking For • Experience

Education: A High school diploma or GED is required
Knowledge: basic housekeeping, basic nutrition, and safety protocols

Requirements

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and have reliable transportation with current auto insurance. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn electronic health record systems are required.
