Blue Stone Therapy is expanding into the Milwaukee area with a new skilled nursing partnership in Muskego, WI, and we're building our therapy team from the ground up. We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) who wants the opportunity to help establish a strong therapy program while delivering individualized, patient-centered care in a collaborative and supportive environment.

What You'll Do Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals Provide evidence-based physical therapy to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional performance Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans, exercises, and safe mobility strategies Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care Complete timely, accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards Contribute to the development and success of a new therapy program through teamwork, communication, and patient-centered care
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Current Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure in Wisconsin
