About the role

Perform ultrasound and echo procedures for patients at the hospital. Maintain effective communication and operate necessary office equipment.

Harrison County Hospital is seeking a certified Ultra sonographer.

This position is PRN (as needed) plus call.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Graduate from an approved Ultrasound program.

On-the job training, however registration with ARDMS or ARRT must be obtained within 1 year of meeting the eligibility requirements ARDMS or ARRT registered or eligible (Must obtain registration within 1 year of eligibility).

GENERAL SKILLS: Echo/Ultrasound Procedures Excellent people skills Phone System Operation Basic computer knowledge Harrison County Hospital has continuously served the people of Harrison County since 1950.

Today our acute care community hospital serves the healthcare needs of a much broader and growing population in Harrison and Crawford counties, Indiana and Meade County, Kentucky.

Requirements

Must be a graduate of an approved ultrasound program. Registration with ARDMS or ARRT is required or must be obtained within one year of eligibility.
