Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related discipline. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current CPR/First Aid certification are required.

Certification must be maintained throughout employment. Ability to manage, delegate and manage multiple tasks with completing deadlines and priorities. Excellent active listening, communication, and documentation skills. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are essential. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and prioritizing skills. Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish preferred. Empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity when working with diverse populations and families in crisis. Flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of clients and program requirements. Working Conditions: This position may require occasional evening or weekend hours to accommodate client schedules or participate in community events. Work may be conducted in office settings, client homes, schools, or community centers. Travel within the local area may be necessary to meet with clients or attend meetings. The employee must be able to transport self and clients to various locations within the assigned counties.
