Job and Ideal Candidate: This role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside a diverse group of providers across Vanguard's dermatology and Mohs surgery practices. Team members in this position will support multiple physicians, including our three fellowship-trained Mohs surgeons, while developing expertise in both Medical Assistant and Mohs Technician responsibilities. No two days look exactly the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to develop expertise in both clinical and surgical dermatology. The successful candidate is highly organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience while supporting providers across multiple areas of the practice. The main focus of this role is covering as a surgical medical assistant and Mohs tech. Additional float time hours may be spent as a general medical assistant or in administrative areas such as scheduling, surgery scheduling, or referrals.
