Market context

Texas chaplain roles need clinical readiness

In Texas, chaplain openings are often tied to hospitals, senior care, and other settings where spiritual support is part of daily care. These roles are competitive because employers usually want both formal theology training and practical experience, plus local mobility; this posting also notes a Texas Driver’s License and reliable transportation. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save research time, then confirm your experience aligns with the stated spiritual care background before applying.
