Schedule & Compensation Full time, 40 hours weekly Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm Every other weekend & every other holiday rotation required $17.00/hour.
Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including arranging and moving tables, chairs, and other furnishings according to room layouts and event requirements. Provides housekeeping services in resident apartments, bathrooms, common areas and other areas as directed. Cleans flooring and carpets as directed. Removes dirt, dust, grease, film, etc., from surfaces using proper cleaning/disinfecting solutions. Ensures that work/cleaning schedules are followed as closely as practical and that equipment, tools, supplies, etc., are properly stored at all times. Coordinates daily housekeeping services with nursing services when performing routine cleaning assignments in resident living and/or recreational areas. Performs isolation cleaning procedures in accordance with established infection control procedures. Discards infectious wastes into appropriate containers.
Must be able to work on feet throughout the work day, walking and bending. Must be able to push, pull, move, and lift objects repeatedly. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Minimum one (1) year experience in housekeeping or environmental services preferred.
