Assigned Territory -

We are looking to hire two Pulmonary providers to service

1. (Loveland, Springvale, Norwood) area

2. (Fairfield, North College Hill, Sharonville) area

This position serves patients throughout the Cincinnati area, providing specialty care at Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, and Post-Acute Care facilities located in (Loveland, Springvale, Norwood) area and (Fairfield, North College Hill, Sharonville) area, and surrounding communities. Daily travel within the assigned territory is expected to support patient care and operational needs. Providers enjoy a full-time, Monday through Friday daytime schedule with no regularly scheduled weekends or traditional on-call responsibilities, allowing for an exceptional work-life balance.

What You'll Do

As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Alteas Health, you'll provide specialty Pulmonology services while working collaboratively with physicians, facility staff, and interdisciplinary care teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities include: Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute, chronic, and episodic pulmonary conditions.

Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based clinical practice.

Order, interpret, and communicate laboratory studies, imaging, and other diagnostic testing.

Prescribe medications and treatments within your scope of practice.

Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and ongoing care.

Coordinate care with physicians, nursing staff, therapy, pharmacy, social services, and other healthcare professionals.

Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.

Round at assigned Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, and Post-Acute Care facilities.

Build strong relationships with facility leadership and clinical teams.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license and national certification. A minimum of six months of clinical experience and a valid driver's license for daily travel are required.
