Responsibilities
Assist in planning, organizing, and leading group and individual activities Support recreational programs that promote social engagement and well-being Encourage resident participation in daily events and special activities Help create a positive, fun, and supportive community environment Work collaboratively with the activities and care team
Qualifications
What We're Looking For Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping others Creativity and enthusiasm for planning fun and engaging activities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience working with seniors is helpful but not required Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25-50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation Schedule & Availability Part-Time Hour 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday) available Welcome to Lorien Elkridge, one of the best-rated nursing homes in the region, as recognized by U.S. News & World Report and The Baltimore Sun.
