Overview

The Medical Microbiology Technologist conducts laboratory procedures for the phenotypic and genotypic characterization of MDROs and performs microbial identification and antibiotic susceptibility testing. They are also responsible for maintaining laboratory quality assurance, instrument maintenance, and ensuring accurate reporting of clinical data.
