The Charge Nurse LPN will confer with the Medical Director and attending physician regarding specific residents and assist in planning nursing services. They will also examine residents to recognize early stages of serious health issues and perform administrative duties related to their care.
Assist residents with activities of daily living to promote their independence and dignity. Ensure resident safety and provide a supportive environment.
The Certified Nurse Aide is responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living to promote their independence and dignity. This includes providing personal care, responding to call lights, and ensuring a safe environment for residents.
The Social Worker will assist in planning and implementing social service programs and participate in discharge planning and resident assessments. They will also coordinate with other departments and interpret residents' needs to the medical staff.
The Laundry Personnel will wash and dry linen and residents' clothes, ensuring that clean linen is returned promptly to storage. They will also maintain an inventory of linens and laundry supplies and report any losses or damages.
The Nurse Auditor is responsible for maintaining policies and procedures for record keeping in compliance with regulations. This includes assembling and reviewing clinical records, maintaining an organized filing system, and preparing reports as needed.
