Overview

The Home Health Aide provides direct personal care and assistance with daily living activities to patients in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, assisting with medications, performing light housekeeping, and supporting the patient's prescribed medical care plan.

Trainees will learn to assist residents with essential daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating, while also observing and reporting any changes in resident condition.
