Overview

The Registered Nurse will function as part of the Adult Outpatient Team to ensure a safe and healthy living environment for consumers, providing physical health consultative support and implementing the Individual Plan of Care/Treatment Plan. Key duties include providing nursing consultation, training, and delegation of medication administration procedures to staff, as well as educating clients and family members.
