True North Recovery is a comprehensive drug and alcohol rehabilitation facility coming soon to the Wilkes-Barre, PA area, committed to guiding individuals on their journey toward lasting recovery. Located in a safe and supportive environment, our state-of-the-art campus offers 101 total beds, including 39 dedicated detox beds and 62 residential treatment beds, allowing us to meet individuals where they are and provide the care they need at every stage of recovery. Under the leadership of Executive Director Dave Enslin, True North Recovery brings together a multidisciplinary team of experienced professionals dedicated to compassionate, evidence-based treatment. Our program is strengthened by the expertise and vision of our founding partners: Chris Gilchrist, Matt Haley, M.D., Nick Colangelo, Ph.D., and Larry Moran, Esq. Together, they represent decades of combined experience in healthcare, behavioral science, law, and clinical leadership. We believe recovery is not a one-size-fits-all journey. Our integrated approach includes medical detox, individual and group therapy, dual-diagnosis support, relapse prevention, life skills development, and aftercare planning. Our mission is to empower individuals to rediscover purpose and rebuild their lives with dignity and hope. Whether someone is taking the first steps toward detox or seeking structure in a long-term residential program, True North Recovery provides the clinical expertise, personal support, and peaceful setting necessary for real, lasting change.
