We operate two full-time medical and behavioral health clinics in Pierre and Sioux Falls, SD. Our Cultural Healing Center in Downtown Sioux Falls also focuses on Native American cultural programming and groups. Our services are accessible to everyone on a sliding scale fee, regardless of race. SDUIH is also committed to supporting our unhoused relatives through our dedicated street outreach team in the downtown Sioux Falls area.
