To earn this accreditation seal, we are require to use the most advanced tools available in the screening and hiring of our caregivers. Our process measures the following: Caregivers' skills, dependability, honesty and the risk of substance abuse and elser abuse and harassment. A caregiver is not hired until all this screening is done in conjunction with a full criminal background check, DMV driving record check, and a satisfactory face to face interview with our company. Personal Care: Assist with grooming, bathing, mobility, medication reminder, etc.. Companionship Care: Driving to doctor's visits, housekeeping, grocery and meal preparation, etc...
