Home Care Solutions LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our team in Madison, GA. Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and positioning support as needed Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when necessary Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean home environment Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families Assist with medication reminders and monitor client health and well-being Transport or accompany clients to appointments and errands as needed Document and report any changes in client condition to supervisors
