The Wellness Specialist provides resource development, skill development, and direct support to assist individuals with serious mental illness in integrating into their chosen community as part of the Community Support Services team. Key duties include contributing to assessments, implementing individualized rehabilitation plans, performing therapeutic skill development, and offering supportive counseling and education.
Candidates must possess an Associate degree in a helping profession along with a minimum of two years of experience in a community-based behavioral healthcare setting, or a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field. A valid driver's license and required vehicle access are also mandatory for this role.
